New membership applications are currently being accepted for this category and in most cases the period from Application being received to you playing golf will only take two weeks. This will allow you to take part in competitions within weeks (subject to handicap) and begin enjoying the wonderful facilities the club has to offer our members.
An entrance fee exists for those golfers who wish to become part of this community which is used to further enhance our club and your experiences, by investing in future projects and equipment. The club recently revised its entrance fee for those joining the club after March 1st 2023. The fee of €3500 (once off payment) applies in addition to any Five Day fees due annually.
The club offers a long-term payment structure whereby the payments can be spread out over a maximum period of five years. This membership also offers a significant discount for those who wish to pay the full fee at election or at any time up to and during the first five years of membership. Those wishing to avail of the discount can receive a 20% discount at any time on the full balance or part balance, the minimum payment in any year towards entrance fee for an Five Day member will be €700.
During the Term this Structured Entrance Fee will apply which is non-refundable should you leave during the term or not progress to full Membership on its completion. On completion of the payment the Term Member will progress to Five Day Membership.

FIVE DAY LADY MEMBERS MAY PLAY IN:
- All Competitions run by the Ladies Club and play casual golf during the five days Monday to Friday.
- Lady Captain’s Prize to Five Day Members and Captain’s Prize to Five Day Members.
- Invitation Four Ball and Single Competitions at weekends, if invited by an Ordinary Member.
- All Open Competitions at weekends and invite guest(s).
- All matchplay competitions run by the Ladies Club during the 5 days Monday/Friday only. Such matches can be played at the weekend but only by paying the appropriate green fee.
- Interclub matches at weekends if representing the club as part of a team.
FIVE DAY MEN MEMBERS MAY PLAY IN:
- Five Day Singles Competitions on Mondays and Friday
- Invitation Fourballs on Wednesdays (may invite three guests)
- Captain’s Prize to Five Day Men
- Professional’s Prize to Five Day Men
- Public Holiday Open / Invitation Competitions
- Saturday / Sunday Invitation Singles & Fourballs (where invited by an Ordinary Member subject to payment of entry / green fees)
- Five Day members may make use of the course during the 5 days Monday‐Friday, subject to Competitions and Society bookings.
- Five Day members may only use practice facilities at weekends if part of a Professional coaching programme or as part of a session with the Team Manager.
- Five Day Men are encouraged to attend all social functions and make use of all the Club facilities.
